As I circulated, my CT drew a diagram of the room and tracked my movement through the room. She drew lines with arrows to show my paths, and marked the students spot in the room with a + if I offered them support, and a line if I asked them a question. When the lesson was over, I was able to see a visual of what I did throughout the lesson. This was so important for me, mostly because I'm a visual learner, but also because it showed me the gaps in my technique. We have 2 students that sit at the front of the room at a single desk instead of a table. They are directly to the right of my ELMO, and they work in a pair. In my CT's diagram, you could clearly see that I neglected them in my rotation. She noted that I called on them to answer questions, but I did not approach their desk to question them individually or offer support. This was something that I did not notice myself during the lesson, but that was evident on the diagram.
